Although stock diversification is a stock 101 rule that every beginner stock investor knows, I continuously see investors put together portfolios that aren’t diversified. When they do put their portfolios together, they truly believe that what they are doing is good diversification. However, their stock knowledge has confused them and what they think is good stock diversification really is bad diversification.
